Seated Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation

January 24 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join Healthy Lifestyle Coach Cindy Simon two Friday mornings per month, to learn stretches, yoga positions, tai chi exercises, and deep breathing while seated in a chair or standing (with a chair for support if needed). Classes will conclude with a 10-15 minute mindfulness practice.Classes are free but registration is required.You may register at the Main Desk or by calling 332-1428 or by emailing [email protected] opens December 4th.

Join teacher Naomi Kaplan, RYT-500, for a class that is built for everyone. Mats and blocks are provided, but feel free to bring your own! You may also wish to bring a blanket for use during relaxation.Classes are free but registration is required.
