On 2/20/18 at approximately 9:41AM Rochester Police, Rochester Fire, and Frisbie EMS responded to the area of 184 Milton Road for a reported two car motor vehicle accident. The investigation revealed Dakota Smith, (age 20 of Rochester, NH) was operating a Chevy 2500.
