The City of Rochester’s tax bills are delayed due to technical errors resulting from recent, required software upgrades. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Tax bills are expected to be mailed by December 27th. Tax bills will be due 30 days from the mailing date, but can be paid at any time and before receipt of a bill. You may make a payment on your property taxes without a bill by paying in person at the Tax office on 19 Wakefield Street or via the online bill pay feature found on the Tax Collector’s page at https://www.rochesternh.net. Final bill information has now been transmitted to mortgage companies and escrow services.

This is an update on a post from December 22, 2019.
